The project is focused on the design and delivery of the platform solution for one of the world’s leading creative advertising brands. The concept of the platform can be described as a cross-organizational “operating system,” a centralized hub for distributed innovation. The platform will become an entry point to different target audiences keen on using their own and third-party digital products while contributing to the development of new applications.
Facilitator. The ability to build strong communication bridges between people with different backgrounds, mindsets and cultural differences. Advanced knowledge of requirements management, product ideation, and solution definition techniques is essential for the role, as well as advanced written and spoken English.
Tech Expert & Consultant. The ability to explain technical complexities, challenges and opportunities to stakeholders with different backgrounds is very important. A solid background in system analysis, solution architecture, quality management or software engineering is highly desirable for the role.
Product Champion. A solid vision of great user experience and key success factors for the new product development. The ability to find a “golden middle” between long-term vision and immediate business value.
Trouble-shooter. The ability to stay effective under the pressure of tight deadlines, high expectations, and demanding clients. Strong analytical skills, goal-oriented approach, and structured thinking.
- Hands-on scope management and project planning;
- Business and functional analysis of the software solutions;
- User research and testing to validate requirements and needs;
- Backlog management (incl. clarification, prioritization and estimation);
- Requirements elicitation and management;
- Contribution to the product roadmap, prioritization and planning;
- Day-to-day coordination of a cross-functional project team (engineers, designers, tech leads) to support timely and high quality delivery;
- Collaboration with project insiders and stakeholders to align business needs, expectations and implementation capabilities;
- Proactive contributions to the technical and domain expertise on the corporate level, including the product management community at Star.
