The Opportunity

As a Community & Hospitality Specialist, your primary focus will be on providing world-class hospitality services to company visitors. You are a communicative and friendly person who loves working in the hospitality and administrative fields and sees this as a long-term career goal. You possess the ‘hospitality gene’ and know exactly what providing excellent hospitality-services means. Your primary goal is always to exceed customers’ expectations and you are always ready to go the extra mile to make it happen. You will work in our Kyiv office and report to the Community & Hospitality Manager. A working day is 8 hours, exact working time will be discussed at the interview. You should be prepared to work extra hours on some occasions.


Qualifications & Experience

  • Previous experience in hospitality, administrative and reception positions (2+ years);
  • Fluent in English (verbal and written);
  • Excellent interpersonal skills;
  • Detail-oriented, accurate and organized;
  • Ability to organize work, set priorities, meet critical deadlines, and follow up on assignments with a minimum of direction;
  • The minimum equivalent of a bachelor’s degree;
  • Proficient in MS Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) and Google Apps for Work.


  • Meet visitors and provide world-class hospitality services;
  • Provide hospitality and travel support to foreign visitors (arrange accommodation, airport and daily local transportation, lunches/dinners etc.);
  • Perform basic clerical duties, arrange both domestic and international shipments;
  • Support internal and external events.
