Friday PM is a SaaS B2B start-up aiming to challenge the status quo of how people experience corporate offices. We have already signed clients representing worldwide enterprises and are looking to scale our success and grow our SaaS business profitably.

We’re looking for an empathetic and result-oriented Product Manager to join our team. This opportunity is a highly-visible role that spans multiple touch-points, including product management, client relationship and process excellence.

We're a dynamic team of 20 people competing in the growing "Future of Work" software market projected to reach $81 Billion by 2025. 

Using computer vision and AI-enabled algorithms, we analyze office space and employees' working modes, then recommend a workplace model custom-tailored to how people work. Our platform helps midsize enterprises to unveil the uncertainties about adjusting workspaces to the new reality and help their people to be at their natural best.

In our case, ML, AI, and computer vision are not just a set of buzzwords.

Skills and experience you can bring to this role!

Qualifications and experience:

  • Minimum of 4 years of relevant experience;
  • An advanced level of English is a must;
  • Strong communication skills with all parties involved in a project, including clients, stakeholders and internal teams, and intuition for appropriate communication strategies;
  • Ability to conceptualize, manage, and prioritize multiple projects for stakeholders;
  • You are proactive and self-directed in learning;
  • Detail-oriented with superior organizational skills - balancing multiple projects, deadlines, and requests should be second nature to you;
  • You have practical experience in effective collaboration in a multicultural environment, building trust with various team members and working with distributed virtual teams;
  • You are the champion of excellent user experiences; and
  • You thrive in a busy working environment.
  • "Can do" attitude. You don't mind going above and beyond your job description; you roll up your sleeves and pitch in where needed.
  • Preference for action. You don’t wait to take action until you get all the details; you are comfortable acting with only 65% complete knowledge and discovering the rest on the go.

What impact you’ll make

This role requires both a visionary and a master practitioner.

The product manager is a crucial team member, reporting to the managing director and working closely with other product managers, UX designers and engineering teams to lead all product development efforts.

  • Market research and competitive analysis;
  • Close work with customer and partner teams targeted to develop the optimal strategy and feature set to hit the market;
  • Close collaboration with existing end-users to identify and capture their needs and problems;
  • Value proposition development and scope definition in coordination with other product managers;
  • Requirements development and working with Design, Engineering, and QA teams as a product owner;
  • Translate high-level requirements into detailed user stories and use cases that the design and development teams can easily implement;
  • Define and prioritize a tactical roadmap and actively participate in the development of the strategic roadmap for your product;
  • Manage stakeholder expectations, set and communicate realistic ETA;
  • Process end-user feedback and consider it as input for the new iterations;
  • Collaborate with third parties and partners.
