The Opportunity

We are looking for experienced IT recruiter with a passion for sourcing and recruitment. If you have strong interpersonal skills, a people-centric approach, and local talent market knowledge it could be a great opportunity for you.


  • 3+ years experience in IT Recruiting within a software development company or recruitment agency;
  • Manage and drive full-cycle recruitment process including coordinating, sourcing, screening, interviewing, feedback, and offers for all levels of candidates from entry to senior level;
  • Upper-Intermediate level of English is a MUST;
  • Sourcing and recruiting experience for consumer-facing web/mobile projects with a high hiring bar;
  • Ability to recruit for a variety of roles and levels;
  • Demonstrated networking capabilities and creativity in sourcing;
  • Basic understanding of major programming technologies and principles is required;
  • Excellent verbal and communication skills.


  • Full Life Cycle Recruitment: Lead/manage all aspects of recruiting ranging from sourcing best talent, conducting effective and insightful screening, coordinating the interview process, enduring strong candidate experience;
  • Develop and implement pro-active sourcing strategies to ensure the on-going pipeline of external candidates;
  • Keep the candidates informed during the recruitment process and making sure that they have a great experience in this period;
  • Administrate the database with updated information about the candidates/companies;
  • Take part in the development of a recruitment strategy and participate in job fairs and other recruitment activities/events;
  • Develop and keep procedures up-to-date, provide needed market data for company operations;
  • Take a proactive part in building a strong employment brand within the local Market.
