The project is focused on the design and delivery of a platform solution for one of the world’s leading creative advertising brands. The platform concept is best described as a cross-organization “operating system,” a centralized hub for distributed innovation. The platform will become an entry point for different target audiences keen on using their own and 3rd party digital products while contributing to developing new applications.
Skills and experience you can bring to this role!
Qualifications and experience:
- Project Management in tech-centric organizations or IT;
- Understanding digital transformation efforts in large-scale organizations;
- Strong knowledge of change management principles, methodologies, tools, and techniques;
- Analytical mindset applied to problem-solving and root cause identification;
- Exceptional communication skills, both written and verbal;
- Workshop facilitation and leadership;
- Comfortable communicating at various levels, including with executives and engineers, and able to tailor communication style for different stakeholder groups;
- Fluent English skills, both written and spoken;
- A collaborative mindset and the ability to leverage teamwork towards the joint goal.
Added advantage:
- Experience with the implementation of platform solutions;
- Domain knowledge in digital advertising and marketing;
- Understanding scaled Agile principles.
What impact you’ll make
- Tune and apply change management processes and tools to support the adoption of the changes introduced by the project;
- Conduct impact analysis, assess change readiness, and identify key stakeholders;
- Provide input, document requirements, and support the design and delivery of training programs;
- Integrate change management activities into the project plan;
- Define and measure success metrics and monitor change progress;
- Identify, analyze, and prepare risk mitigation tactics;
- Identify and manage anticipated resistance;
- Consult and coach project teams.
