We’re looking for an empathetic and result-oriented Technical Project Manager to join our Project Delivery team. This is a highly visible role that spans multiple global touch-points including Project Management, Client Relationship, Process Excellence and Technical Consultancy.
As our Technical Project Manager, you’ll be focused on: High-quality project delivery, effective team management, customer satisfaction, and process excellence of one or multiple projects from our portfolio.

Facilitator. An ability to build strong communication bridges between people with different backgrounds, mindsets, cultural differences. Advanced written and spoken English.
Tech Expert & Consultant. Ability to explain technical complexity, challenges and opportunities to stakeholders with different backgrounds is very important. Solid experience in business analysis, system analysis, quality management, or software engineering are highly desirable for the role.
Process Advisor. Strong knowledge of Software Development lifecycle and methodologies (Agile and Waterfall are the required minimum). An ability to find a “golden middle” between written rules and creative solutions.
Trouble-shooter. An ability to stay effective under the pressure of tight deadlines, high expectations and demanding clients. Strong analytical skills, a goal-oriented approach, structured thinking, and people leadership are crucial for the role.
Education. MS/BS degree in Computing Sciences or equivalent is preferred. Credit will be given for candidates who do not have relevant degrees but can demonstrate equivalent work experience.
- Hands-on scope management and project planning;
- Implementation of the delivery framework according to the project specifics and client needs;
- Technical excellence and best practice implementation on the corporate level (contributing to the PMO knowledgebase);
