Senior Digital Marketing Manager | Demand Generation

We are looking for a highly experienced digital marketing professional to help us to establish and scale our demand-gen and revenue machine. You will own the strategy, execution and performance tracking of marketing programs that capture and nurture leads across multiple channels.

You will collaborate with industry marketing leaders to ensure the deployment of digital campaigns across different marketing channels. In this role, you will orchestrate various martech tools and channels within post-engagement campaigns and nurturing programs both for inbound and outbound. You will manage the marketing technology stack - identify, integrate and deploy new ways of pipeline acceleration to improve marketing outcomes. Build reports about the effectiveness of different marketing campaigns, analyze them, determine tendencies and suggest ways for improvement.

We are looking for you!

Qualifications and experience:

  • 5+ years of full-time experience in a marketing role, with a specialty in email marketing, marketing automation and digital campaigns;
  • Expertise in collaboration with sales streams;
  • Strategy experience, including buyer segments definition, buyer journey design and user flow analysis; 
  • Track record of successfully creating and implementing demand-gen programs and integrated campaigns;
  • Solid acumen with the following tools: SalesForce, Hubspot, Sales Navigator; 
  • Nice to have experience with: Demandbase, Bombora, Zoominfo, Outreach, Expandi;
  • Solid experience with inbound and outbound pipeline generation strategies; 
  • Experience working with US and EU target audiences;
  • A clear understanding of the attribution & ROI best practices with marketing operations;
  • Strong experience with digital campaign design.

What impact you’ll make

  • Establish efficient collaboration strategies with the inside sales team;
  • Grow new leads, including sales-qualified leads and opportunities, through powerful outreach, ABM, and nurturing programs; 
  • Develop and integrate efficient MarTech strategies to meet sales goals; 
  • Find and use new approaches to lead nurturing, including (but not limited to) channels like email, social media, and digital events;
  • Analyze customer, prospect and campaign data to identify future marketing opportunities and focus for campaigns;
  • Support the demand strategy and the execution of strategic, long-term plans that integrate with organizational marketing & sales initiatives;
  • Create and maintain metrics reports on marketing and sales activities that detail their effectiveness, business impact and optimize the nurture tracks for these segments to convert leads to customers;
  • Manage technical aspects of key marketing systems (marketing automation, CRM, data services, and lead management processes across those systems);
  • Establish and maintain scalable processes that ensure best practices in campaign and lead management;
  • Results validation by data; 
  • Collaborate with leadership members to both accurately forecast and craft the right strategies, campaigns and tests.
