We’re looking for a strategic Senior IT Recruiter to help us build great teams in the US and Latin America. You will manage end-to-end recruitment processes, guide and support hiring managers and stakeholders, and contribute to our company’s growth and achievements. Our LatAm location is new, allowing you to help us build a team from scratch and bring the talents who will bring innovative solutions to life!

Skills and experience you can bring to this role!

Qualifications and experience:

  • 5+ years of experience in talent acquisition and leading full lifecycle recruiting, including sourcing, interviewing, candidate assessment and talent acquisition technologies;
  • Proven experience recruiting for engineering roles in a fast-paced environment;
  • Experience recruiting within the Latin American market;
  • Advanced English skills, with an emphasis on excellent verbal and written communication;
  • Native or fluent in Spanish and eligible to work in Colombia;
  • Ability to establish trust with key stakeholders and within all levels of the organization;
  • Strong collaboration skills, including clear communication, information sharing and influencing skills;
  • Independent, creative and a strong sense of responsibility;
  • Experience in market analysis and reports preparation.

Added advantage:

  • Experience recruiting for sales, account management, marketing and product roles;
  • Experience recruiting for the US market; and
  • It would be an advantage to be based in Bogotá or Medellín.

What impact you’ll make

  • Full lifecycle recruitment, including leading/managing all aspects of recruiting (sourcing best talent, conducting effective and insightful screening, coordinating the interview process, enduring strong candidate experience);
  • Identify passive candidates using creative and innovative sourcing techniques;
  • Support candidates throughout all stages of the application and hiring process while ensuring a signature candidate experience;
  • Build and manage relationships with internal stakeholders and business leaders to understand hiring forecasts and recruiting priorities to fill hiring needs in a timely manner;
  • Develop and implement proactive sourcing strategies to ensure an ongoing pipeline of external candidates;
  • Update our ATS with information about the candidates/companies;
  • Take part in the development of a recruitment strategy and participate in job fairs and other recruitment activities/events;
  • Develop and keep procedures up-to-date,  and provide needed market data for company operations;
  • Take a proactive part in building a strong employment brand within the local market.
