GIG/PE accountant

Star is looking for a GIG/PE Accountant to join Star Accounting team.

Contract type: Gig contract.

Skills and experience you can bring to this role! 

Qualifications & experience:

• Higher education with accounting, finance or audit;
• 1-3 years of working experience in PE accounting and/or GIG contracts accounting;
• Experienced user of MS Excel (pivots, working with large database files);
• Intermediate level of English; 
• Knowledge of Microsoft Navision Dynamics or other internationally used ERP systems is an advantage;
• Analytical mindset;
• Accuracy, attentiveness to details and diligence;
• Results-oriented person with a high level of self-discipline;
• Ability to meet tight deadlines;
• Good communication skills and strong team player.

What impact will you make

• Gig-accounting: preparing necessary calculations of GIG’s compensations, insurance and reimbursements, posting transactions in relevant Payroll system, reconciliation of the accrued amounts, preparing and uploading Acts of Services for GIGs and  control over signing electronic documents by GIGs;
  
• Supporting newcomers process, holding on-boarding meeting, setting up of new GIG contract in the payroll system;
  
• Supporting leavers procedure: preparing relevant calculations and documents;
  
• PE accounting. Monthly preparation of the Service Acts for the group of private entrepreneurs who cooperate with the company on a regular basis. Assist with PE accounting (tax calculations and reporting) to the limited group of selected PEs;
  
• Provide GIG/PE related information to the audit team as required;
  
• Monitoring changes of the legislation, updating company policies and procedures, solving, individual cases, etc.
