Skills and experience you can bring to this role!
Qualifications & experience:
- 2+ years of work experience in HR, People Operations, or People Business Partner role
- Excellent English proficiency (written and spoken) - essential for global collaboration
- Understanding of HR operations: onboarding/off-boarding, retention & performance review, engagement, culture
- Experience with HR systems and data management
- Strong attention to detail and organizational skills
- Experience with project management and change management would be a benefit
- Knowledge of Ukrainian labor law and regulations, labor regulations of other locations, if applicable
- Experience in leading the project would be a plus
- Confident with presentation - deck preparation, presenting

What impact you’ll make
Transformation & Governance Support:
- Support the implementation of our Consultancy Framework transformation, including career guidelines and assessment processes
- Assist with global and local assessment committees coordination
- Help maintain governance documentation and decision matrices
- Support succession planning initiatives and talent pipeline development
- Coordinate cross-functional teams for HR strategic initiatives
Day-to-Day HR Operations:
- Manage full-cycle recruitment support, from job posting to onboarding
- Handle employee onboarding and offboarding processes
- Maintain accurate HR records and employee data in our systems
- Process HR documentation and ensure compliance with local regulations
- Support performance review cycles and provide administrative assistance
- Respond to employee inquiries and provide first-level HR support
- Coordinate training and development activities
Business Partnership:
- Be a trustworthy partner for business stakeholders and teams (supporting ~150 people)
- Support organizational structure adjustments as part of our transformation
- Assist with workforce planning and headcount management
- Provide HR metrics and reporting to support decision-making
- Contribute to P&C team projects and initiatives
