We’re looking for an empathetic and result-oriented Project Manager to join our Project Delivery team. This is a highly visible role that spans multiple global touch-points, including Project Management, Client Relationship, Process Excellence and Technical Consultancy.

As a pivotal figure, you'll guide the team through Scrum events, aid in eliminating impediments, and cultivate an environment that emphasizes collaboration and continuous improvement. This role also includes the critical responsibility of reporting on key engineering metrics and sprint velocity to ensure transparency and drive performance improvements. 

Skills and experience you can bring to this role

Qualifications & experience:

  • In-depth understanding of Agile and Scrum methodologies, with practical application skills;
  • Project Management experience of 2+ years, ideally in Web and Mobile projects;
  • Leadership and team motivation skills, plus decision-making abilities;
  • An ability to guide others through complexity, ambiguity, and uncertainty;
  • Experience in KPI reporting, particularly engineering metrics and sprint velocity; 
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills, capable of building effective team and stakeholder relationships;
  • Consulting skills, such as the ability to elaborate ideas and explain technical concepts in a simple way, and convey technical visions to business people;
  • Upper-intermediate or advanced written and spoken English skills;
  • International expertise and perspective;
  • Technical experience is highly desirable.

Educational requirements:

  • MS/BS degree in Computing Sciences or equivalent is preferred. Credit will be given to candidates who do not have relevant degrees but can demonstrate equivalent work experience.

What impact you’ll make  

  • Project management of one or more Scrum teams within a large account;
  • Manage customer expectations, hold internal contributors accountable for their commitments & deliverables and proactively follow up with process participants;
  • Aid the team in accurately estimating and planning tasks for sprints, promoting realistic commitments and optimal resource utilization;
  • Monitor and report on key engineering metrics and sprint velocity, analyzing trends to guide process improvements and enhance team performance;
  • Assist in integrating the team's outputs with broader program objectives, ensuring consistency and alignment with overall goals;
  • Ensure the quality of the process and deliverables;
  • Remove bottlenecks, escalate and resolve issues;
  • People management.
