We’re looking for a proactive and result-oriented Project Manager who will take on a leading role in challenging and inspiring our prospective clients, while positioning Star to be their technology innovation partner. This role will be a key contributor to driving sales and strategic growth at Star, and to helping our customers envision and deliver groundbreaking product and service experiences.

The Person

Qualifications & Experience:

  • Project Management experience, ideally Web and Mobile projects
  • Experience in agile development methodologies
  • Leadership, team motivation, and decision-making skills
  • Ability to guide others through complexity, ambiguity, and uncertainty
  • Consulting skills, the ability to elaborate on ideas and explain technical concepts in a simple way, and convey a technical vision to business people
  • Experience in fixed-price project management techniques and practices is highly desirable
  • Upper-intermediate or advanced written and spoken English skills
  • International expertise and perspective
  • Technical background (QA or SW developer) is highly desirable
  • Open minded, and ready to work with international team

Educational requirements:

  • MS/BS degree in Computing Sciences or equivalent is preferred. Leeway will be given to candidates who do not have the relevant degrees, but who can demonstrate equivalent work experience


  • Pre-sale negotiations and product elaborations
  • Full-cycle project management – from business idea to successful delivery

As part of above:

  • Set correct customer expectations, hold internal contributors accountable for their deadlines and deliverables; proactively follow up with process participants
  • Ensure the quality of process and deliverables
  • Remove process bottlenecks. Escalate and resolve issues
