We are looking for a proactive and detail-oriented Recruitment Coordinator (6 month contract) to join our dynamic Talent Acquisition Team. This role is critical in supporting recruiters with daily operations and process management to ensure a seamless and efficient recruitment experience for both candidates and hiring teams.
As part of a global company with locations across Europe, the US, and Asia, you’ll play a key role in helping us scale by driving recruitment operations and ensuring best-in-class candidate experience.

Qualifications & experience:
- At least 1 year of experience in a similar recruitment, coordination, or administrative role
- Excellent planning, organizational, and time management skills
Strong attention to detail and ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment - Advanced knowledge of Google Suite (Docs, Sheets, Forms, Calendar, etc.)
Confident written and verbal communication skills in English (Upper-Intermediate+) - Experience working with cross-functional teams in a multicultural setup
Nice-to-haves:
- Previous experience in a recruitment or HR team
- Familiarity with ATS systems (e.g., Breezy, Greenhouse, Lever)
- Basic understanding of recruitment KPIs and reporting
What impact you’ll make
- Coordinate interview scheduling across time zones (USA, Latin America, Europe, Asia)
- Act as a liaison between candidates and interviewers to ensure smooth communication in the interview scheduling process
- Manage and publish job postings on the Star website and external job platforms
- Prepare and format job descriptions in collaboration with the hiring team
- Support CV formatting and submission for internal client needs
- Maintain and update candidate and interview records in the ATS (Applicant Tracking System)
- Track candidate activity and assist in generating weekly recruitment reports
- Maintain our internal Wiki with recruitment processes, procedures, and updates
- Ensure data accuracy and process consistency across all recruitment touchpoints
- Identify process improvement opportunities to enhance efficiency and stakeholder experience
