THE OPPORTUNITY

Senior Scrum Master makes a direct impact on the success of our product development efforts by organizing the agile teams as well as coordinating multiple delivery teams across the company. You will have an opportunity to shape the way UX/UI design teams are working, help them adopt and improve best Agile practices.

Skills and experience you can bring to this role

Qualifications & Experience

• Lives and breathes Agile
• 3+ y.o.e. working in Agile Product Development Environment
• 2+ y.o.e. in a Scrum Master role; at least 2 y.o.e. working in a successful Agile environment involving a minimum of 5 concurrent teams
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills and exceptional emotional intelligence
• Highly motivated, self-driven problem solver
• Ability to identify team impediments 

Will be a plus:

• Certified Scrum Master (CSM) or equivalent certification
• Proficiency with Atlassian tools (Jira, Jira Agile, Confluence)
• Experience coaching or leading UX/UI Design teams in Agile principles
• Knowledge of scaling frameworks (e.g., SAFe, LeSS, or Scrum@Scale)
• Previous experience working with Automotive projects, especially Human-Machine Interface (HMI)

What impact you’ll make

• Drive tactical day-to-day product delivery process, including ensuring agreed-upon backlog items are prioritized, developed and released on time
• Remove impediments
• Ensure process elements are being followed and ceremonies are scheduled and conducted effectively
• Facilitate getting the work done, discussion, decision making, and conflict resolution 
• Drive change by teaching the teams and enforcing Agile processes and practices
• Document processes and practices on Confluence (or other similar tool) and through the use of JIRA dashboards (or other similar tool)
• Synthesize status info into dashboards and reports
• Analyze historical execution data to surface problematic areas and propose appropriate adjustments to the processes
