Senior Full Stack Engineer (Python + React)

We are looking for a Full-Stack Engineer to join the project focused on the design and delivery of a platform solution for one of the world’s leading advertising brands. 

We’re building the next generation of AI-assisted planning tools  and you’ll join a fast-moving team developing our new Planning Agent product, a modular AI system that helps marketing teams make faster, better decisions. As a full stack engineer, you're comfortable moving between backend APIs and frontend interfaces. You’ll help shape user-facing workflows, real-time AI integrations, and scalable services—supporting over 5,000 planners across 100+ countries.

Skills and experience you can bring to this role! 

Qualifications & experience:

• Minimum 3 years of full stack development experience with strong skills in both Python and React;
• Experience building and consuming APIs (REST or async);
• Proficiency with modern frontend development (React, TypeScript, component-based
• architecture); 
• A strong skill set within Python 3 and the general Python 3 ecosystem (FastAPI/Flask, SQLAlchemy, celery, etc.);
• Solid understanding of state management, hooks, and data fetching in React;
• Real-life experience with distributed Agile projects as a part of a multi-skilled team;
• Problem-solving skills and the ability to identify areas for improvement and propose solutions;
• Strong spoken English skills and the ability to interface with customers;
• You are comfortable working on both the front-end and back-end of software applications.

Would be a plus:

• Experience working with LLM APIs or real-time AI systems;
• Familiarity with event-driven architectures or polling-based update systems;
• Exposure to observability tools (e.g., DataDog, Sentry, LangSmith) or front-end performance  tuning;
• Experience with containerization (Docker), CI/CD workflows, or cloud platforms (e.g.,
• AWS, GCP);
• Interest in UX, design systems, or frontend accessibility best practices. 

What impact you will make

• Build and maintain backend services in Python using FastAPI;
• Develop rich, interactive UIs in React and TypeScript;
• Integrate with LLM-powered agents and support real-time features through event-driven APIs;
• Collaborate with backend engineers, ML engineers, and product designers to ship intuitive, intelligent features;
• Help maintain a clean, modular codebase across frontend and backend;
• Rapidly prototype, test, and iterate on new planning capabilities based on user feedback.
