Senior Full-Stack Engineer (Python, React)

We are looking for a Senior Full-Stack Engineer to join a project focused on the development of a modern AdTech/MarTech platform for one of the world’s leading advertising brands. The platform helps advertising operations teams monitor the health and quality of digital advertising campaigns across multiple channels. As a Senior Full-Stack engineer, you will contribute across backend services, external API integrations, data processing, and modern web applications, while actively using AI-assisted development tools to accelerate implementation, testing, debugging, and everyday engineering work. 

Skills and experience you can bring to this role! 

Qualifications & experience:

• Minimum 5 years of full stack development experience with the ability to take ownership of features from design through implementation and production support;
• Solid experience with modern backend development. Python experience is preferred, but strong engineers coming from other backend ecosystems and willing to work with Python are also welcome;
• Strong experience with React and TypeScript and building modern web applications;
• Practical experience using AI-assisted development tools such as Claude Code, Cursor, or similar as part of everyday software engineering. We are particularly interested in engineers who know how to use these tools effectively to increase development speed without compromising engineering quality;
• Experience designing and integrating REST APIs and working with third-party systems;
• Good understanding of relational databases, data modeling, and data-intensive applications;
• Experience with cloud-native development, containerized applications, and modern CI/CD practices;
• Ability to work with complex business logic and collaborate with Product, Data Science, and other engineering teams;
• High level of autonomy, pragmatic problem-solving mindset, and ability to operate effectively in a fast-moving environment;
• Good communication skills and ability to work directly with an international client team.

• Build and maintain backend services in Python;
• Develop rich, interactive UIs in React and TypeScript;
• Collaborate with other full-stack engineers to deliver intuitive, intelligent features;
• Help maintain a clean, modular codebase across frontend and backend;
• Rapidly prototype, test, and iterate on new planning capabilities based on user feedback.
