We are looking for you!
Are you passionate about building smart, scalable software that makes a real impact in people’s lives? We’re looking for a Senior .NET Engineer to join our team and help shape the future of healthcare technology.
You’ll be working on a meaningful project for a global leader in the medical devices and healthcare space. The goal? To improve how systems within the organization communicate and share data — enhancing interoperability and enabling more connected, efficient healthcare delivery.
In this role, you’ll design and build backend services that act as a bridge between existing platforms and modern standards, contributing to a robust, Microsoft Azure-based ecosystem. You’ll work alongside a skilled team of engineers and domain experts in a collaborative and innovation-driven environment.
If you're excited about healthcare innovation, solving integration challenges, and working with modern .NET technologies — we’d love to hear from you!
Skills and experience you can bring to this role!
Qualifications & experience:
- 5+ years of hands-on experience in backend development, ideally within healthcare or other regulated industries;
- Strong proficiency in C#, ASP.NET MVC, and .NET Core, with experience building enterprise-level web applications;
- Solid knowledge and hands-on experience with RESTful API design and integration;
- Familiarity with FHIR (Fast Healthcare Interoperability Resources) or HL7v2;
- Experience developing middleware or service layers to integrate legacy systems into modern environments;
- Proficiency with Azure services and ability to design, deploy, and maintain cloud-native applications;
- Familiarity with CI/CD tools and practices (e.g., GitHub, Jenkins);
- Good command of SQL, with experience in relational databases and database optimization;
- Understanding of microservices architecture and best practices for scalability and maintainability;
- Knowledge of code quality standards, including static code analysis and code review practices;
- Excellent communication skills and the ability to thrive in a team-oriented environment;
- Upper-intermediate to Advanced English skills.
What impact you will make
- Design and develop backend services and APIs within the Microsoft/.NET and Azure ecosystem;
- Build supportive service layers and FHIR facade applications to enable integration with existing non-FHIR-compatible systems;
- Collaborate closely with integration engineers to ensure seamless data flow and message conversion from the integration engine (Rhapsody);
- Troubleshoot and resolve issues related to data exchange, system communication, and interoperability across internal platforms;
- Contribute to the system architecture, ensuring solutions are scalable, reliable, and maintainable;
- Work cross-functionally with engineering and product teams to understand requirements and deliver technical solutions that align with project goals.
