Senior Project Manager

We’re looking for an empathetic and result-oriented Senior Project Manager to join our Project Delivery team. This is a highly visible role that spans multiple global touch-points, including Customer Relationship,  Process Excellence, and Project Management.

Contract type: Gig contract.

Qualifications & experience

• 5+ years of experience in project management;
• Proven track record in delivery of the complex software solutions;
• Strong hands-on experience with Agile delivery methodologies;
• Demonstrated ability to lead through complexity, ambiguity, and uncertainty;
• Solid experience in stakeholder management and customer relationship building;
• Consulting mindset: ability to translate technical concepts into business language;
• Strong execution discipline with a focus on outcomes and accountability;
• Experience working in international, distributed team environments;
• Experience in regulated environments is a strong plus;
• Technical background or strong technical understanding is highly desirable;
• Advanced English.

What impact you’ll make 

• Lead and deliver software and digital projects within one or more customer accounts;
• Own end-to-end project delivery: scope, timeline, budget, risks, quality, and outcomes;
• Act as a trusted partner to customers, managing expectations and navigating ambiguity;
• Ensure adherence to delivery standards, processes, and governance;
• Proactively identify, escalate, and resolve risks, issues, and dependencies;
• Remove delivery bottlenecks and enable teams to perform at their best;
• Drive cross-functional collaboration across engineering, product, and customer teams;
• Contribute to people leadership, mentoring and supporting project teams;
• Support PMO initiatives, process improvements, and delivery excellence across the organization.
