We’re looking for an experienced Talent Acquisition Specialist who will own the recruitment lifecycle – from sourcing to offer – and help us raise the bar for hiring in the market. What impact you’ll make
- Source, screen, and evaluate candidates; coordinate interviews, assessments, and offer processes;
- Manage end-to-end hiring from position requisition to offer acceptance, ensuring timelines and quality;
- Develop and execute sourcing strategies: headhunting, Boolean search, referrals, niche channels, communities;
- Maintain a strong pipeline of candidates for current and future hiring needs;
- Act as a point-of-contact for candidates; ensure clear communication and positive experience at each stage;
- Collaborate with hiring managers to define role requirements, ideal skills, and market benchmarks;
- Deliver market insights, salary benchmarks, competitor intelligence, and hiring trends to hiring teams;
- Maintain and update candidate and requisition data in ATS;
- Track recruiting KPIs (time-to-fill, source effectiveness, pipeline health) and generate reports;
- Drive continuous improvement of recruitment processes, tools, and methodologies.
Skills and experience you can bring to this role
- 2-3 years of IT / technical recruitment experience (full lifecycle);
- Strong knowledge of the Ukrainian & EU IT market, talent landscape, and sourcing channels;
- Proven success in recruiting for a range of technical roles (backend, frontend, data, DevOps, QA, etc);
- Solid interviewing skills; able to assess competencies and soft skills of the candidates;
- High level of communication, stakeholder management, and influencing skills;
- Upper-Intermediate English (spoken and written);
- Experience with ATS tools, sourcing technologies, Boolean logic, candidate databases;
- Ability to manage multiple roles concurrently, prioritize effectively.
