Idea

The knowledge base, STILL neXXt service navigator, should be a part of STILL’s neXXt portal, a cloud-based solution that gathers all STILL applications into one place. The STILL neXXt service navigator would be a key application for STILL technicians, dealers and customers, who would use it to access technical documentation for STILL trucks, such as spare parts catalogs, user manuals, workshop literature and diagnostic tools. It should contain quick search functionality and feature an easy-to-use interface.

Project

To cover the needs of all users, Star designed an online web portal and a portable Windows desktop version of the knowledge base for STILL technicians. Star also developed a smart search feature to make it easy for users to find the information they were looking for.

With the Star-designed knowledge base, STILL technicians can increase service quality and provide an improved first-time fix rate. STILL is also planning to sell the software along with their trucks to dealers and customers.
