Together, the companies will combine Life Singularity’s “predictive immune system” for healthcare with Star’s engineering, interoperability, regulatory consulting and product-design capabilities to build an autonomous healthcare infrastructure that spans prevention, intervention and evidence generation.
The partnership brings together strategy, design, data and engineering to help health systems, payers, healthtech and life-science organizations embed advanced AI reasoning into real-world, compliant clinical workflows and products, addressing a market where many AI initiatives stall at pilot stage and fail to reach routine care.
