Star x Life Singularity partnership R32n5cpm

Sunnyvale, March 5 -  Star, a global technology consultancy, today announced a strategic partnership with Life Singularity, a frontier healthcare AI platform specializing in a proprietary Agentic AI Council and causal digital twins for predictive health. Together, the companies will combine Life Singularity’s “predictive immune system” with Star’s engineering, interoperability, regulatory consulting and product-design capabilities to build autonomous healthcare infrastructure. The goal is to help health systems, payers, healthtech and life‑science organizations embed advanced AI reasoning into real‑world, compliant clinical workflows and products.

“We fundamentally believe that technology only creates impact when it powers solutions people can actually use,” said Michael Schreibmann, CEO of Star. “We are thrilled to partner with Life Singularity to turn breakthrough AI into everyday care.”

Life Singularity contributes proprietary Agentic AI Council, AI-driven multi-modal risk models, computable phenotypes and causal digital twins built on large-scale clinical, social-determinant and geospatial data, orchestrated by a multi-agent “Predictor–Critic” reasoning architecture. Star contributes data engineering, FHIR-based interoperability, precision interventional user experience and regulatory expertise to turn that AI into deployable, interoperable and compliant solutions used by clinicians, patients and caregivers.

Sanjeev Wadhwa, Founder, President and CEO of Life Singularity, added: “Our vision is to provide a 'Predictive Immune System' for healthcare. Using our proprietary Agentic AI Council and Predictor-Critic multi-agent framework, we simulate thousands of patient trajectories to identify the 'Prime Mover' triggers of the Cardio-Renal-Metabolic cascade. Partnering with Star gives us the enterprise muscle to bring this reasoning into real-world clinical environments safely and at scale.”

“As healthcare organizations increasingly experiment with AI, the real struggle lies in last‑mile deployment,” said Mahesh Naphade, Head of Healthcare & Life Sciences at Star. “By turning Life Singularity’s frontier AI into deployable, interoperable and compliant solutions in real healthcare ecosystems, we give our clients a practical path to operationalize and scale AI’s impact on patients.”

Star and Life Singularity will jointly focus on three primary solution pillars:

  • Orchestrating prevention and outcomes (payers and providers)

Solutions that use Prime‑Mover logic and cardio‑renal‑metabolic digital twins to shift from crisis care to comorbidity compression. They embed these insights into clinical workflows that improve outcomes and lower total cost of care.

  • Personalized precision intervention at home (healthtech and device OEMs)

Solutions that turn wearables and home devices into a “care companion” that predicts decline and recommends the next best action. They enable safe use in high‑risk populations through personalized dosing, connectivity and SaMD‑grade user experience.

  • Digital twinning for regulatory-grade evidence (pharma and medtech)

Solutions that use causal digital twins to identify pre‑disease cohorts, simulate trajectories and refine trial strategies. They generate regulatory‑grade real‑world evidence through validated, ISO 13485‑aligned data and evidence pipelines.

Star has been recognized globally, including with the iF Design Award and UX Design Award for the OYSTA Digital Service, underscoring its ability to deliver intuitive, patient‑centric digital health experiences that meet the highest medical and technical standards.
